Basic concepts of wine technology and prepares them to meet the challenges of the Wine industry. The course will cover various concepts of wine technology including details of raw materials used in wine production as well as the fermentation process related to the wine industry. . Students will also be introduced to the process of wine aging and quality aspects of red wine production.
